WEB.Service

The free WEB.Service offers you all the features you need around the package shipping. A web service is an interface between two server systems, and is performed without user intervention. The entire process can be designed so that the labels are printed fully automatically. Specifically, the following features are included:

Label print

With the function label printing you can create your shipping labels. You have to enter the complete recipient address and define the Services you want to book. On our Server, all the necessary processes have been carried out and the label are available in three different formats. You will receive back the Links to the created label. Depending on the printer, you can choose between ZPL (compatible with Zebra label printer), EPL (for Intermec-printer) and PDF for use on any printer. Download the appropriate label, and send it to the printer.

Cancel

If a label is not needed, it can be the deleted. So it no longer appears on the self book list.

Reprint

If there was a Problem with the printout, or the label must be reprinted for any other reason, the reprint function can be used. Thus, the System creates a copy of the original parcellabel and in turn provides Links to the three print formats available.

Self-book list

The Handover to the driver is created at the end of the work day, a self-book list. On the list all the Details of the shipping of the packages in the day are to be found.

Information to the web service

The WEB.Service can be implemented into your System with little effort. As soon as you start the implementation, we provide you with your personal login credentials. With this data you can access the WEB.Service to authenticate. On our side the access data is stored together with your assigned numberrange and the products used will be unlocked. The routingdatabase, is always kept up to date in our System.

If you use the WEB.Service, the implementation effort is limited on the developing and programming of the communication. All other necessary maintenance work is done on our side. The decision for the WEB.Service is also very sustainable. In the case of future adjustments to the Label, you do not have any additional effort, because all of the adjustments happen on our side.

The WEB.Service uses the same database as the WEB.omat. The two systems can be easily run in parallel. So you have, in addition, a graphical user interface that allows you to keep track of your package shipping and also manually label printing.
